Dr. Paveena Posang
Dr. Paveena Posang is an immigrant from Thailand who came to the US in 1981. She was a poor little girl who battled the war of life as a young child with divorced parents without a home in Thailand.
Once in the US, she learned to speak English and accomplished one dream or life goal at a time and eventually became a family physician. Her compassion and kindness as a doctor in caring for her patients earned her a Patient First Award.
Her deep feeling of patriotism for the United States has grown as she has been a part of this country for more than forty years. She served in the US Air Force from 2010 to 2014 and took care of military families while serving as a lieutenant colonel. She was involved in setting up standards and processes in creating the US Air Force Disaster Team at Langley Air Force Base (now called Joint Base Langley-Eustis). This team can be deployed and set up a mobile hospital in a very short time in case of a world disaster. She was deployed with this team for a humanitarian mission to Peru in 2012. At the end of the mission, she received a US Air Force Achievement Medal for selflessly taking care of the people of Peru and her team members with their illnesses due to the very high altitude in the mountains of Huancavelica, Peru.
She was divinely guided to learn energy healing. She had accomplished both Reiki master teacher training and quantum touch training before sharing her healing touch with the world. She was divinely guided to share her inspiring life story and wisdom to lift the vibration, hope, and light of the universe.
